SECTION 18 – SONG CREATION PROCESS
All songs are custom-made based on your submitted information. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the song may involve a blend of human creativity and technology-assisted tools. Every step is supervised and finalized by a professional to meet our quality standards.
Songs typically range from 2 minutes 20 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds in duration, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Minor variations are at our discretion and do not warrant refunds.
You are responsible for ensuring that any submitted content (e.g., lyrics or messages) does not infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse or modify content that may raise copyright concerns.
SECTION 19 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All songs, content, and materials created by Luraz remain the intellectual property of Luraz unless a commercial license is explicitly granted. Personal-use songs may not be distributed or monetized. Commercial-use licenses permit usage on monetized platforms as outlined at the time of purchase.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
