Refund Policy for Luraz Custom Songs
At Luraz, we’re committed to delivering meaningful, personalized music that captures your story. Because each song is made-to-order, we’ve created a fair and transparent refund policy that protects both your expectations and the work of our creative team.
1. Full Refund Eligibility – Snippet Stage
Every order begins with a 30-second preview snippet, delivered within 48 hours (or 24 hours with Express Delivery). You may request up to 2 free revisions to make sure the song reflects your vision.
If, after revisions, you’re still not satisfied with the snippet, you are entitled to a full refund — no final song will be created or delivered.
To request a revision or refund at this stage, you must respond within 48 hours of receiving the snippet.
If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will assume you approve the snippet and proceed to create the full song. At that point, the order becomes non-refundable.

2. Final Song Delivery – Non-Refundable
Once you approve the snippet, we begin creating your full custom song. At this point, your order becomes non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal taste or subjective dissatisfaction
- Non-response after the snippet is delivered
- Any requests made after snippet approval and production begins
3. Revisions After Final Song Delivery
If you’ve purchased an extra revision during checkout, you are entitled to one post-delivery revision of the full song.
This revision must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. After that period, additional changes will not be accepted unless agreed upon in writing.
4. Technical Issues (Corrupted or Unplayable Files)
If you receive a final song file that is corrupted or unplayable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luraz.com.
We will resend the fixed version as soon as possible.
If, for any reason, we are unable to provide a working version within 48 hours of your report, you will receive a full refund.
This applies strictly to technical issues only, not creative or stylistic preferences.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved either at the snippet stage (due to dissatisfaction) or in the rare event of a technical issue we are unable to resolve, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction on your end.
