How long will it take to receive my song?
Our standard delivery time is within 72 hours from the moment you approve your snippet. If you need it sooner, you can upgrade to Express Delivery, and we’ll deliver your final custom song within 24 hours. Perfect for last-minute gifts or urgent projects.
How will the song be delivered?
Our standard method is to send your song via email as an mp3 file. If you prefer, we can also deliver your song through Telegram or WhatsApp. Simply message us on your preferred platform, and we’ll accommodate!
How many revisions are included?
You’ll receive 2 free revisions on your 30-second snippet to make sure everything feels right before we complete your full song. If you think you’ll want changes to the final version, you can add an extra revision during checkout.

How do revisions work?
When you receive your 30-second snippet, simply reply to the message or email where it was sent and let us know what you’d like to change. We’ll make the updates and send the new version as quickly as possible.
What if I’m not satisfied?
If you’re not happy with the 30-second snippet, you can request up to 2 free revisions to help shape it to your liking. If it still doesn’t feel right, we’ll issue a full refund with no hassle. We want you to feel excited about your song before we create the full version.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your 30-second snippet after 2 free revisions, you’ll receive a full refund — no song will be completed or delivered unless you’re happy with the preview.
Once you approve the snippet and we begin creating the full song, the order becomes non-refundable.
Can I use my song on monetized platforms?
If you order a song through our Jingles, Intros & Outros for Brands & Creators or Full-Length Company & Creator Songs services, your song includes a commercial use license. This means you can monetize it on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and more. Attribution to Luraz is optional — but always appreciated!
Songs created through our Custom Songs for Every Occasion are for personal, non-commercial use only and cannot be monetized. If you plan to release or monetize your song, please choose one of our commercial-use services.
